For instance, Managed FinOps customers are bound by their specific commercial customer agreements with Managed FinOps. User Submissions to Managed FinOps
Unless stated otherwise in the relevant Privacy Policy or explicit Agreements between customers and Managed FinOps (“Customer Agreements”), any material, information, or other communication you transmit or post to this Site ("Communication") will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. Managed FinOps Entities and its designees shall have the freedom to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate, and otherwise use the Communication and all data, images, sounds, text, and other content contained therein for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Additional provisions apply if you're a Managed FinOps member. While you're not required to provide any materials as a member, you may choose to do so voluntarily. Your "contributions" refer to past, present, and future contributions in written or oral form, which may include text, images, recordings, videos, and any documentation, submitted voluntarily by you in any manner to Managed FinOps. Managed FinOps may use or license others to use your Contributions in any manner, at any time, and across all media forms now known or later invented, including but not limited to print, broadcasting, and online media, without providing compensation or an obligation to account. Furthermore, if you voluntarily participate in any filmed or recorded session while interacting with Managed FinOps, you grant Managed FinOps the right and permission to photograph, film, record, and depict your name, voice, actions, and likeness, and to modify, edit, use, and reproduce all resulting works. In the event of a conflict between this paragraph and the terms of your Customer Agreement with Managed FinOps, your Customer Agreement terms will govern.
